在新疆棉区,早春季节田埂杂草上滋养的天敌昆虫,是棉田内天敌的主要来源,也是棉田外天敌保育的重点。生产上,常喷施除草剂来防除田埂上的恶性杂草,从而除草剂可能会对非靶标天敌昆虫产生直接的不利影响。本文评价了新疆农田中常用的8种除草剂对多异瓢虫不同虫态存活的影响,发现8种除草剂喷施对多异瓢虫卵孵化率、蛹羽化率、成虫存活率均没有显著影响,精喹禾灵、苯磺隆、精噁唑禾草灵处理后3龄幼虫的存活率显著低于对照,而高效氟吡甲禾灵、精吡氟禾草灵、烯草酮、氯氟吡氧乙酸、乙氧氟草醚处理组的幼虫存活率与对照没有显著差异。利用高效氟吡甲禾灵、乙氧氟草醚药液处理多异瓢虫卵后,对卵、幼虫、蛹历期以及各虫态存活率、蛹重等均无明显影响,仅高效氟吡甲禾灵处理组幼虫化蛹率显著降低。利用高效氟吡甲禾灵、乙氧氟草醚处理3龄幼虫后,对其生长发育没有显著影响。本研究证实,新疆农田常用的8种除草剂对多异瓢虫比较安全,没有明显的毒杀作用与负面效应。  相似文献

比较运输方式及环境温度对合浦珠母贝稚贝运输中的存活影响,从而为稚贝运输过程中的运输方式、环境温度及运输时间的把握提供借鉴和参考。以3月龄稚贝为实验材料,运用无水干露、加水淹没及包装充氧等3种方式,分别在环境温度为5、13、21和29℃下模拟运输。每隔3 h从每组运输条件下取出1组实验贝,转移到正常养殖环境下暂养恢复,经48 h后统计其存活率。对运输时间与存活率之间进行非线性参数曲线拟合,计算每组运输条件下的致死时间(T_0)、半致死时间(T_(0.5))及全致死时间(T_1);运用双因素方差分析,Duncan氏方法比较3种运输方式及4种环境温度间的均值。结果显示:包装充氧优于其他两种运输方式,而加水淹没又优于无水干露;温度为13℃和21℃时优于其他2个环境温度,环境温度为17.60~20.05℃是稚贝运输的最佳温度。  相似文献

Bigeye tuna are of global economic importance and are the primary target species of Hawaii's most valuable commercial fishery. Due to their high commercial value, bigeye tuna are relatively well studied and routinely assessed. Larval and adult bigeye surveys have been conducted for many years and are supported by ongoing research on their physiology and life history. Yet, modeling stock dynamics and estimating future catch rates remain challenging. Here, we show that an appropriately lagged measure of phytoplankton size is a robust predictor of catch rates in Hawaii's bigeye tuna fishery with a forecast window of four years. We present a fishery‐independent tool with the potential to improve stock assessments, aid dynamic fisheries management, and allow Hawaii's commercial longline fishing industry to better plan for the future.  相似文献

为安全有效地提高虹鳟苗种成活率,应用1种生物制剂——抗菌肽对虹鳟苗种进行浸泡处理。通过比较苗种成活率,检测SOD、ALP、CAT、IL、IFN、TNF等6种免疫相关酶表达量,采用扫描电镜检测苗种体表细菌情况,确定抗菌肽浸泡对虹鳟成活率的影响。试验结果显示,自破膜期开始,用40%抗菌肽浸泡10次,试验组6种免疫相关酶表达量明显高于对照组,试验组苗种的成活率高达95%以上,对照组苗种的成活率则低于30%。电镜观察结果显示,试验组仔鱼体表细菌数量显著减少。试验结果表明,用抗菌肽浸泡法能显著提高虹鳟苗种成活率。  相似文献

为了研究硝化应激在神经型犬瘟热疾病发展中的作用,并探讨其对该病的诊断价值,选取犬瘟热临床病例113例,其中有神经症状组(NCD)共37例,无神经症状组(NNS)共76例,并设25例无犬瘟热健康犬作为对照组(CG)。就诊时分别采取血液和脑脊液,测定一氧化氮(NO)、神经元型一氧化氮合成酶(nNOS)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平。结果显示:NCD组2种组织液中的NO、nNOS和NSE升高,显著高于NNS组(P<0.05)与CG组(P<0.01);ROC曲线分析发现,2种组织液中的NO、nNOS和NSE对神经型犬瘟热的诊断具有良好的灵敏度和特异性,血浆中以nNOS最佳,截断值为230.1 ng/mL,脑脊液中以NSE最佳,截断值为3.67 ng/mL;NSE对神经型犬瘟热具有一定预后价值,血浆中NSE<2.07的病例死亡率显著低于NSE≥2.07的病例。结果表明:神经型犬瘟热疾病发展中伴有硝化应激和神经损伤,血浆与脑脊液中的NO、nNOS和NSE具有对神经型犬瘟热的诊断及预测作用。  相似文献

Present experiment was conducted to determine the effect of different feeds with varying protein levels on the growth, survival and reproductive performance of zebrafish, Danio rerio. The control diet (T1) was wild‐collected zooplankton from local fish ponds, while test diets with 350 g kg?1 protein (T2), 400 g kg?1 protein (T3) and 450 g kg?1 protein (T4) were formulated and fed to fish for a period of 210 days. The significantly (< 0.05) highest mean weight gain and specific growth rate were observed in T1, which were similar with T3 and T4. The significantly (P < 0.05) highest number of egg production per female and relative fecundity were found in T1, followed by T4 and T3 while T2 produced lowest number of eggs. No significant (> 0.05) differences were observed in brood survival rate, fertilization and hatching rate among the dietary treatments. The highest (< 0.05) fry survival rate was recorded in T1, followed by T3 and T4. Thus, it is suggested that control diet i.e. mixed zooplankton exhibited better growth, reproductive performance and fry survival rate. However, diet containing 400 g kg?1 crude protein also gave comparable results in terms of growth, survival and reproductive performance of zebrafish.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the addition of Chaetoceros calcitrans, Navicula sp. and Phaeodactylum tricornutum (diatoms) on phytoplankton composition and the growth of Litopenaeus vannamei postlarvae reared in a biofloc system . Four treatments were used: BFT (biofloc system without feed and no addition of diatoms); BFT‐F (biofloc system with feed and no addition of diatoms); BFT‐D (biofloc system with the addition of diatoms and no feed); and BFT‐FD (biofloc system with the addition of feed and diatoms), all in triplicate. The shrimp (16 ± 0.02 mg) were stocked at 2500 postlarvae m?3 and fed a commercial feed. Diatoms were added on the 1st, 5th, 10th and 15th day at a density of 5 × 104 cells mL?1 for each species. No significant differences (> 0.05) between treatments were observed for gross primary production, net ecosystem production and water column respiration rate. However, significant differences (< 0.05) were observed for nitrite, orthophosphate, alkalinity, final weight, weight gain, yield, feed conversion ratio (FCR), phytoplankton and cyanobacteria composition. The BFT‐FD treatment had better performance parameters for final weight (270 mg), weight gain (254 mg), yield (0.67 Kg m?3) and FCR (0.61), indicating the benefits of the diatoms C. calcitrans, Navicula sp. and P. tricornutum for decreasing cyanobacteria and improving growth of L. vannamei postlarvae reared in biofloc systems.  相似文献

为筛选出红花山玉兰组织培养适宜的外植体类型及其消毒方法,为红花山玉兰的无性繁殖提供技术支持,对灭菌时间、外植体类型和取材时间等进行研究。结果表明:茎段和顶芽的存活率分别为40.0%和33.33%,较叶片和叶柄的存活率高,且茎段和顶芽的存活率较叶片的存在显著差异,二者的死亡率均与叶柄和叶片的存在显著差异;茎段和顶芽为适宜的外植体。茎段在6月取材优于12月,且采用0.1%的升汞消毒10 min,其存活率为40.0%;顶芽在6月和12月取材均可,消毒后去除托叶能够有效地降低顶芽的污染率,提高其存活率。最佳消毒组合:先用75%的酒精表面喷洒预处理,再用0.1%的升汞消毒10 min,之后去除顶芽的托叶。该方法污染率和死亡率低,存活率最高,依次分别为6.67%、7.78%和85.55%,且芽启动率高。  相似文献

在江门市林科所苗圃选择不同粗细度、不同萌芽度的降香黄檀插条进行扦插繁殖试验,每10 d进行1次成活率调查。结果表明:插条的萌芽度和粗细度均极显著影响扦插的成活率,萌芽度和粗细度的交互作用对扦插的成活率也有极显著影响;未萌芽插条扦插成活率明极显高于已萌芽插条的扦插成活率;3种粗细度的枝条中以粗细度为0.7~1.2 cm的插条扦插成活率最高;在枝条萌芽度及粗细度交互作用下,粗细度为0.7~1.2 cm的未萌芽插条扦插成活率最高,粗细度小于0.7 cm的已萌芽插条扦插成活率最低。  相似文献

A 60‐day indoor growth trial was conducted to study the effects of biofloc on the growth performance of a Penaeus monodon (Fabricius, 1798), water quality and biological indicators including biofloc volume, chlorophyll‐a, heterotrophic bacteria and Bacillus quantity. Two concentrations of sucrose (0 and 75%) were added daily to the P. monodon culture systems (2.94 ± 0.11 g), which were conducted indoors in fibre‐glass tanks (500 L). Results showed that the final body weight and weight gain of the adding 75% sucrose group were significantly higher (< 0.05) than that of the control, as well as significantly (P < 0.05) improved specific growth rates and survival rates, and reduced feed coefficient. Adding 75% sucrose promoted heterotrophic bacteria, Bacillus and phytoplankton reproduction, and significantly (< 0.05) reduced the concentration of ammonia‐N (NH4‐N), nitrite‐N (NO2‐N) and nitrate‐N (NO3‐N). The changes of water quality indicators in the two groups showed the similar trend at the end of the experiment, and the ammonia‐N, nitrite‐N, nitrate‐N and phosphate‐P concentrations in the 75% sucrose group were significantly (< 0.05) lower than those of the control group, Chlorophyll‐a concentrations peaked at 389.12 μg/L in the biofloc sucrose group at 18:00 h, and heterotrophic bacteria peaked 8 h after sucrose was added. The addition of sucrose also reduced the pH of the water. Our research showed that adding sucrose promoted biofloc formation and shortened the formation time; increased the number of heterotrophic bacteria and algae which might play a role in improving water quality by assimilating ammonia‐N and other harmful substances in the water; supplemented food for P monodon growth; and reduced the feed coefficient.  相似文献
